Chili's first location, a converted postal station on Greenville Ave. in Dallas, Texas, opened in 1975.  The concept was to create an informal, full-service dining restaurant with a menu featuring different types of hamburgers offered at an affordable price. Today there are over 1400 locations all over the world.  Pepper Dining owns over 100 Chili’s locations from South Carolina all the way up to Maine.

2-3 year Management Experience 
Restaurant Experience (preferred)
Success in Managing a Kitchen Operations and Staff
High School Diploma or Equivalent
